Responsibilities:
- Generate effective load plan that will yield high OEE.
- Monitor daily start schedule and ensure alignment to machine/tooling capacity limitations.
- Validate capacity declared versus actual manufacturing performance and escalate issues.
- Review weekly commitments and highlight issues supporting customer requirements/metrics.
- Assess current week volume upside, pull-ins, and expedites.
- Active team member of Daily Cell Huddle.
- Provide operational information including daily die inventory, hot lots, lines down, critical lots, daily loading plan, capacity utilization, WIP build-up inventory, potential cycle time/OTD/shipment goal issues.
- Support manufacturing in key delivery metrics.
- Proactively communicate potential eWB (OTD) issues and delinquencies to internal customers.
- Provide look ahead and analyze incoming inventory affecting line issues.
- Assess manufacturing work schedule based on die availability and critical requirements.
- Provide daily monitoring of output for critical products/areas.
- Coordinate with relevant groups (Manufacturing Staff, IE, CV CSR, ACO, Engineering, Purchasing, Staff/Management) regarding issues impacting loading.
