Within ATR Support & Services organization in Toulouse, the Department "Customers Relation & Field Service" is the main interface of ATR customers for all topics related to their in-service fleet.
The team is divided in 2 groups:
- the Customer Support Directors are in charge of the global relationship with the customers. They are the voice of the customers within ATR, the voice of ATR for customers, contributing to and monitoring ATR Customers global satisfaction throughout their ATR fleet operations (maintenance, engineering, logistics, flight operations, etc.)
- the Field Service Representatives are in charge of supporting ATR airlines with their aircraft maintenance and operations, from the field. Based at customer's premises or in a regional office, their mission is to ensure fleet performance, meaning maximum aircraft availability with optimized maintenance cost.
The apprentice will participate and contribute to most activities of the department, with a sense of collaboration & autonomy. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join the team.
Your main tasks will consist in:
- Manage the continuous improvement of the internal processes and tools of the Department through:
- Developing or improving team processes such as Customer account creation, Entry into service, Commercial concession, including interactions with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining an enhanced library of presentations, tools and templates to ensure efficient communication with ATR customers during on-site visits or virtual meetings (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)
- Improving / Implementing new digital and collaborative tools to improve team efficiency in its daily activity (e.g. Power BI…)
- Support the Customer Support Directors in developing and maintaining customer satisfaction through the analysis of ATR Customer Satisfaction Survey results and customized action plan per customer
- Maintain and optimize Customer Relations Department Dashboard to monitor main KPIs
- Maintain and optimize internal reporting of customers highlights, to increase Customer operations knowledge within ATR
This apprenticeship is designed for you:
- Apprenticeship student at Level 7 or Master degree or graduate engineer program or business school, in the field of project management or quality management.
- Interest for aeronautics and aviation industry
- Lean 6 sigma or process improvement
- Project management, good sense of organization and coordination
- Team player and strong ability to work in different cultural environments
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn and to improve
- Autonomous, ability to take initiatives
- Skilled with AI, IT tools and MS office suite (Copilot, SharePoint, PowerBI, Word/PowerPoint/Excel…)
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Au sein de l’organisation Support & Services d’ATR à Toulouse, le département Customers Relation & Field Service est l’interface principale des clients ATR pour tous les sujets liés à leur flotte en service.
L’équipe est divisée en deux groupes :
- Les Customer Support Directors, responsables de la relation globale avec les clients. Ils sont la voix des clients au sein d’ATR et la voix d’ATR auprès des clients. Ils contribuent à la satisfaction globale des clients ATR tout au long de l’exploitation de leur flotte ATR (maintenance, ingénierie, logistique, opérations de vol, etc.).
- Les Field Service Representatives, chargés de soutenir les compagnies aériennes opérant des ATR pour la maintenance et l’exploitation de leurs avions, directement sur le terrain. Basés chez le client ou dans un bureau régional, leur mission est d’assurer la performance de la flotte, c’est‑à‑dire une disponibilité maximale des avions avec des coûts de maintenance optimisés.
L’apprenti participera et contribuera à la plupart des activités du département, avec un esprit de collaboration et d’autonomie. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et enthousiaste pour rejoindre l’équipe.
Vos principales missions seront :
- Gérer l’amélioration continue des processus internes et des outils du département à travers :
- Le développement ou l’amélioration des processus d’équipe tels que la création de comptes clients, l’entrée en service, les concessions commerciales, incluant les interactions avec les parties prenantes internes
- La maintenance d’une bibliothèque enrichie de présentations, outils et modèles pour garantir une communication efficace avec les clients ATR lors de visites sur site ou de réunions virtuelles (ex. : SharePoint, Teams)
- L’amélioration / mise en place de nouveaux outils digitaux et collaboratifs pour accroître l’efficacité de l’équipe dans son activité quotidienne (ex. : Power BI…)
- Soutenir les Customer Support Directors dans le développement et le maintien de la satisfaction client grâce à l’analyse des résultats des enquêtes de satisfaction ATR et l’élaboration de plans d’action personnalisés par client
- Maintenir et optimiser le tableau de bord du département Customer Relations afin de suivre les principaux KPIs
- Maintenir et optimiser le reporting interne des faits marquants clients, afin d’améliorer la connaissance des opérations clients au sein d’ATR
Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous :
- Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau 7 (Master, école d’ingénieur ou école de commerce) dans le domaine du management de projet ou du management de la qualité
- Vous avez un intérêt pour l’aéronautique et l’industrie aérienne
- Vous maîtrisez ou vous intéressez à la méthode Lean 6 Sigma ou à l’amélioration de processus
- Vous possédez des compétences en gestion de projet, sens de l’organisation et de la coordination
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez une forte capacité à évoluer dans des environnements culturels variés
- Vous êtes proactif, curieux, désireux d’apprendre et de progresser
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de prendre des initiatives
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’IA, les outils informatiques et la suite Microsoft Office (Copilot, SharePoint, PowerBI, Word/PowerPoint/Excel…)
- Vous êtes fluent en anglais (le français est un plus)
