Ausbildung 2026: Industriekeramiker (m/w/d) für Verfahrenstechnik

The Villeroy & Boch Group is seeking apprentices for the position of Industriekeramiker (m/w/d) for Verfahrenstechnik starting in 2026. This role involves learning all production steps including preparation of raw materials such as clay and kaolin, manufacturing glazes, molding with modern machines, drying, glazing, firing and finishing products, quality assurance, and error analysis. Apprentices will work with modern methods and automation systems, gaining insight into the entire production chain. The training includes both practical work and theoretical instruction at the vocational school covering ceramic product manufacturing, mixture calculations, thermal processes, and modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of raw materials like clay and kaolin
• Manufacturing glazes and casting forms
• Shaping with modern machines
• Drying, glazing, firing, and finishing ceramic products
• Quality assurance and error analysis

Requirements

• Manual skills and interest in math and physics

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent (expected 2026 graduation accepted)
