The Villeroy & Boch Group is seeking apprentices for the position of Industriekeramiker (m/w/d) for Verfahrenstechnik starting in 2026. This role involves learning all production steps including preparation of raw materials such as clay and kaolin, manufacturing glazes, molding with modern machines, drying, glazing, firing and finishing products, quality assurance, and error analysis. Apprentices will work with modern methods and automation systems, gaining insight into the entire production chain. The training includes both practical work and theoretical instruction at the vocational school covering ceramic product manufacturing, mixture calculations, thermal processes, and modern technology.
