We are seeking an AV/ITEngineer with a strong background in Audio-Visual production to join our global Office Infrastructure team. In this role, you will provide exceptional AV support for company meetings, such as All Hands and company-sponsored events, in our on-site event space. Bringing a proactive attitude and a commitment to superior customer service, you will ensure seamless experiences for both in-person and remote participants. Beyond live events, you will take ownership of our diverse collaborative environments—managing everything from everyday meeting rooms and training spaces to our dedicated event areas. Alongside this AV focus, you will also oversee and maintain our general office IT infrastructure.
This role requires a builder—someone who can innovate and improve our AV experience while also standardizing and scaling our core IT operations alongside Adyen's growth. Success in this position means not only developing and maintaining a world-class AV program, but also ensuring our everyday office infrastructure remains robust, reliable, and ready to support our expanding North America team.
