
Role Summary/Purpose:
TheAVP, DataLoss Prevention Engineerwithin the Information Securityorganizationwillbe responsible fordriving an enterprise-widedata loss preventionprogram to safeguard and secure the organization’s data. This includescreatingand modifying DLP policies and rulestoidentify, detect, and protect data. In this role, this individual willbe part of theData Protection Engineeringteam for Information Security, working with the cyber securityteamsand key business stakeholders to help definedata loss preventionstrategy and roadmap and influencing teams to deliverbest in class data loss prevention service. You willbe responsible forthe development and implementation ofdata loss prevention policies and rules toaddressandreduce the risk of data exfiltration.
Essential Responsibilities:
Accountable for designing and building effectiveDLP policies and rulesto protect and safeguard the organization's data.
Support theData Protection product owner defining the intent, roadmap, and strategy to ensure execution and delivery of thedata loss preventionroadmap.
Supportdevelopment and management of DataLoss Preventionmetrics.
Stays current with emerging threatlandscapeand develops/enhances capabilities and strategies to safeguard the business fromdata exfiltration.
Acting as a subject matter expert toassistwith solvingdata loss preventionproblems, especially as it relates to the Data Protection security service.
Partners closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment ofsensitive data toprotect fordata loss preventioncapabilities.
Serves asa data loss preventionexpert, trusted advisor, andcentral pointof contact for IT and business stakeholders.
Assistswith the development of standards, best practices, and guidelines for the organization's policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensures that as part of designing and building efficient cyber securitycapabilitiesthese capabilities are achieving industry best practices,complianceand regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Security, Engineering, Application Development, or related field OR in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GEDand minimum7years equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience indata loss prevention role
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

A team-focused mentality with proven experience to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

Grade/Level: 10
The salary range for this position is 100,000.00 - 170,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
