Job Description:
The AVP, Head of Business Development Strategy and Enablement focuses on strengthening business development strategy, incentive governance, and performance management across the Business Development function to support sustainable business growth. The role is also responsible for enhancing sales effectiveness through disciplined planning, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring that key initiatives are well aligned with business priorities and executed effectively across relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Sales Incentive Strategy & Execution
Lead the design and end-to-end execution of sales incentive programs in collaboration with W&P to drive inflow across channels, ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication to internal stakeholders, intermediaries, and management.
Drive promotion planning and rollout of new initiatives, ensuring strong alignment and engagement with intermediaries and BD teams.
Perrformance Monitoring & Governance
Oversee the tracking and evaluation of incentive program effectiveness, providing timely insights and recommendations to management and frontline BD teams.
Ensure accuracy, governance, and timely delivery of incentive calculations and payouts.
