The Role
Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions, accurately mixing and serving beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of their assigned areas at Concord Pavilion.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a variety of drinks using high quality ingredients
- Greet guests and take beverage orders
- Maintain attractive and functional bar stations
- Provide informed wine service
- Verify guest age for alcohol purchases
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Serve food items at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- At least two years experience as a bartender preferred
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wine
- Must hold Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certificate and food handler's certificate
- Strong guest service skills and ability to work independently or as part of team
- Good personal hygiene and appearance standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
- Proficient in English communication
- Must have working email for communication
Starting pay: $16.50 per hour
