
Partner with and support the Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Programmatic, Search, and Social Media campaigns for the Inspire Brands portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Complete Channel Certification
Billing/actualizations/Media Authorization Forms (MAF)
Updating MAFs throughout the year
Filling out actualizationportionof planning documents for all channels
Updating invoice tracker monthly (Inclusive of Attaching invoices in Smartsheet’s) & PO Numbers
Responsible for data validation for internal measurement tools such as Media Optimization, Reporting, MEF, etc.
Working with Associate Managers on Dashboard and media hygiene checks
Support Associate Managers with Pacing tasks
Screenshot decks (on applicable brands) or input mock links into SS for IMC & MS&P visibility
Owning creative specifications on messaging grid for planning and execution
Transfer Messaging Grids to Traffic Sheets for all channels on a brand
Ownership of campaign execution documents while ensuring specific inputs are complete andaccurate.Responsible for sharing the document with external parties and making sure it is saved and organized.
Supporting Sr. Managers in ensuring JBPs are updated with forecasts and pacing throughout the month and quarter. Ensuring that added value trackers are also consistently updated.
Own updating the Weekly newsletter with industry trends
Assistin campaign builds/creative swaps, inclusive of owning taxonomy sheets
Ensure App reporting is up to date and inclusive of most recent data
Confirmbrand lift study inputs are received and properly launched.
Having action items and communication withDemandGeneration team because of reporting insights to ensure Media is being continuously optimized.
Send through Weekly Biddable Highlights to brand and other Demand Gen teams.
Monitor and flag Double Verify incidents to ensure brand safety and suitability are up to standard
