Position Summary
The Biologics Speciality Sales Representative (Dermatology Territory Manager)will effectively promote Galderma's prescription dermatologybiologic,requiringadvancedscientific, operational, business and interpersonalskills.TheDermatology Territory Manageris responsible for achieving/exceeding Galderma portfolio salesgoalsandmeetingstrategic objectives across high-valued customers within assigned customer segments (including but not limited to DermatologistsandAllergists).
This is a 12-month contract, field sales position covering Southwest Ontario (Oakville, Hamilton, Niagara,London,Guelph, Windsor and Muskoka) with a base salary range of 115,000 - 130,000 CAD plus bonus and allowances.
Essential Functions
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets,strategicmarketing objectives to meet or exceed business objectives.
Accountable for acquiring and maintaining expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge. Promote and generate demand for Rx products in a competitivemarket;including launching newproducts.
Planning and executing effective salescalls/activities ontargeted HCPs (dermatologists and allergists)
Organizing and carrying out Continuing Health Education programs for physicians
Collaborate and coordinate with internal/external key stakeholders; proactively utilize business analytics and customer insights to anticipate customer needs and support solution development.
Ensure that customer concerns and inquiries are handled in accordance with company standards by adhering to internal procedures, and collaborating with respective stakeholders including quality, pharmacovigilance, customer service, medical affairs and regulatory affairs
LeveragingKey Opinion Leaders (KOLs)to educateHCPsin the territory
Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships with customers
Accurately analyzing dataon a monthly basisand developing strategic business plans to enhance long-term salesperformance.
Producing reports and analyses to evaluate territory performanceand identify opportunities
Representing Galderma by attending trade shows, conventions and other meetings
Delivering a variety of administrative tasks timely and accurately.

MinimumEducation, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
8+years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role with preference given to experience in dermatology, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.3-5 years in biologics experienceis mandatory.
Demonstratedstrong track record of consistent documented success (such as sales performance, leadership, and/or increased responsibilities)
Advanced Clinical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the complex immunological pathways targeted by Bx. Ability to discuss the underlying disease mechanisms and how Bx modify them.
Evidence-Based Medicine: Proficiency in interpreting clinical trial data, including endpoints specific to Bx and presenting compelling evidence on the safety and efficacy ofNemolizumabto HCP
Deep understanding of Dermatology clinic engagement especially in relation to patient support programs(PSP)
Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience/qualification. Master’s degree is preferred.
Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM, Power BI)
Advanced Selling Competencies: Advanced selling skills to engage in discussions on complex immunological mechanisms and addressing queries. Resilience and adaptability to handle potential challenges and rejections, as biologics may face more barriers
High sense of urgencyin particular withregards to customer service orientationand follow up
Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred
