Job Description
As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success. Responsibilities include motivating the branch team, identifying strategies for growth, building client relationships, cultivating a high-performing team, encouraging ongoing learning, engaging with the community, and ensuring risk and control compliance.
Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and actively engage with the community.
