JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a marketing leader to shape and grow our brand, PR, social media, content, and events strategy. You’ll help define our core messaging, build brand visibility and reputation, lead thought leadership and media relations, and create compelling content that supports business growth. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of brand or content marketing experience, strong people leadership, excellent writing and strategic skills, PR agency experience, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS.

This position is full-time in the office and based in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP, Marketing to define and refine the company's core brand messaging and unique value proposition.
• Develop and lead the company’s brand, PR, and event strategy in alignment with defined strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Monitor and manage offsite brand reputation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PR initiatives with CoStar Group and external agency.
• Manage PR agency that has responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Identify and cultivate thought leadership opportunities for key executives and subject matter experts.
• Oversee the development of thought leadership content, including articles, presentations, and speaking proposals.
• Stay updated in the latest industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer news.
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. Lead the company's organic social media presence across all relevant platforms.
• Analyze organic social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to leadership and stakeholders.
