As a Business Analysis Manager on the Incentive Strategy team, you'll be in a high visibility and high impact role that partners with and influences key internal stakeholders to develop and coordinate implementation of our banker incentive strategy. You will work closely with Executive Management, HR Comp, Finance, Incentive Administration team, and Communications. The Business Analysis Manager plays a lead role in modeling, forecasting, and developing recommendations across various topics and initiatives, being key to the success of banker incentive programs as well as broader National Sales initiatives.
