
Job Summary:
Support data‑driven decision‑making by analyzing, validating, and organizing information that enhances visibility into operational performance within the Federal Funds Office. Contribute to process improvements and the development of analytical tools by translating business needs into clear insights, metrics, and documentation that strengthen organizational effectiveness.Job Description:
Interpret and analyze cross functional datasets to identify trends, validate data accuracy, and support insights that inform business decisions.
Assess data quality and readiness by reviewing source information, identifying issues or gaps, and escalating findings to ensure reliable reporting.
Support end‑to‑end data governance activities, including data collection, validation, and quality assurance, to help maintain accurate and consistent information.
Assist in identifying, creating, and refining KPIs by analyzing operational and strategic data and helping translate findings into actionable metrics.
Prepare performance and operational reports that promote transparency and help inform leadership review and decision‑making.
Collaborate with senior business analyst and cross‑functional teams to gather information, track progress on action plans, and maintain alignment with defined metrics and processes.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Participate in storm restoration activities and drills as needed to support safe and reliable service recovery.
Perform additional tasks aligned with role expectations to support team needs and overall operational objectives.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
Experience
3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions.
Experience using business system or analytic platforms.
Additional experience may substitute for required education when it aligns with the competencies and knowledge necessary for the role:
Associate’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 6 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 4 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
High School or equivalent (GED) when accompanied by a minimum of 9 years of experience performing similar functions and at least 6 years of experience performing a previous Analyst role.
Competencies (Skills)
Demonstrate deep understanding of supported business functions to identify opportunities where technology can optimize operations, strengthen controls, and improve overall performance.
Strong knowledge of and experience with Power BI and other reporting software.
