What you'll do:
We are seeking a high-impact, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive Data Center segment growth across Southeast Asia.
This is a hunter role with full ownership of growth, responsible for building the business from pipeline creation → specification → project conversion → revenue.
You will play a critical role in positioning Eaton B-Line & Crouse Hinds Series as a preferred solution provider for cable management systems & electrical bulk products in mission-critical data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Segment Ownership & Growth
Own and execute the Data Center growth strategy in Southeast AsiaBuild and manage a robust project pipeline (short-, mid-, long-term)Identify high-value opportunities across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise data centers2. Key Account Development & Ecosystem Influence
Develop and manage relationships with:Hyperscalers (cloud players)Colocation operatorsEPC contractorsEngineering consultants & designersInfluence stakeholders early in the project lifecycle to drive specification inclusion3. Specification & Project Conversion
Lead spec-in activities for Cable Tray and Wire Basket solutionsWork with engineering teams to deliver:Optimized layoutsValue engineering / cost optimization proposalsConvert pipeline into secured orders and revenue growth4. Commercial Execution
Partner with local sales teams to execute project strategies and close dealsLead pricing positioning in competitive bidsEnsure profitable growth with strong margin discipline5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track:Data center investments and expansion plansCompetitive landscapeCustomer requirements (speed, modularity, cost efficiency)Translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies6. Cross-functional Leadership
