Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end product management including product conceptualization, business and marketing requirement development, pricing strategy, partnership management, go-to-market execution, campaign planning, performance monitoring, budget management, and sales training, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market opportunities.
Job Description
- Drive in new product conceptualization and rationalization
- Develop business / marketing requirements
- Impact analysis, feasibility / Projection/ P&L / ROI
- Product & Pricing Management
- Partnership and contract management
- Co-ordinating with Technology planning & CPE team for Device Management
- Manage marketing and go-to-market works such as communication and Channel co-ordination
- Marketing campaign planning and execution
- Track technology trends & identify market opportunity
- Budget Management & Monitoring
- Monitor performance/report tracking e.g. sale report, communication performance, etc
- Conduct monthly training for sales staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, Smart Home, or IoT business is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects effectively.
- Capable of conducting product knowledge and sales training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and market awareness.
