Responsible for end-to-end product management including product conceptualization, business and marketing requirement development, pricing strategy, partnership management, go-to-market execution, campaign planning, performance monitoring, budget management, and sales training, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market opportunities.

Job Description

• Drive in new product conceptualization and rationalization

• Develop business / marketing requirements

• Impact analysis, feasibility / Projection/ P&L / ROI

• Product & Pricing Management

• Partnership and contract management

• Co-ordinating with Technology planning & CPE team for Device Management

• Manage marketing and go-to-market works such as communication and Channel co-ordination

• Marketing campaign planning and execution

• Track technology trends & identify market opportunity

• Budget Management & Monitoring

• Monitor performance/report tracking e.g. sale report, communication performance, etc

• Conduct monthly training for sales staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Services, Smart Home, or IoT business is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects effectively.

• Capable of conducting product knowledge and sales training sessions to enhance team performance.

• Proactive mindset with strong business acumen and market awareness.
