Travelers, a reputable property casualty insurer, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join their Operations Customer Service team. This role acts as the first point of contact for customers, agents, brokers, and internal partners, handling high volumes of inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Complete new hire training successfully.
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and other methods regarding quotes, policies, billing, audits, and application support.
- Build customer satisfaction and trust by actively listening and using product and systems knowledge to respond accurately.
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously during customer interactions.
- Adapt communication style to provide empathetic and thorough customer experiences.
- Ensure accurate documentation following business guidelines.
- Support departmental projects and other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $36,300.00 - $60,000.00 annually with a base salary offered at $45,000 and quarterly financial incentives based on performance. Eligible for full benefits on first day of employment.
