Job Summary:
Business Process Analyst Senior Principal to support and optimize business strategy by leading requirements gathering, data product design, and stakeholder engagement related to contract and service performance data products and visualizations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead analyst and coordinator between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Translate business data requirements into designs for data visualizations and reports.
- Facilitate requirements and scrum meetings with diverse audiences.
- Perform functional analysis, data governance advocacy, and documentation.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses for data, cost/benefit, and process measurement.
- Collect and transform service performance data into financial reports for PMO support.
- Coach and mentor junior team members; resolve escalated complex issues.
- Create trusting relationships with business units and serve as primary contact for requirements and performance data.
- Produce briefs and reports for senior client personnel supporting program management office.
- Maintain project documentation including procedures and training materials.
- Work independently under limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles involving requirements for security products and performance reporting.
- Skills in IT Service Delivery, Managed Security Services, Stakeholder Management.
- Preferred knowledge: IT Systems, Information Security, IT Risk Management, ITIL, Cybersecurity, Scrum practices.
- Preferred tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Project, SharePoint, Visio), Adobe Acrobat Pro, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
Work Arrangement: Hybrid based in Richmond, VA or remote with ~25% travel.
Additional Information: 40-hour workweek, 25-50% travel, no clearance required, public trust or other required.
