As a Business Relationship Manager I (BRM) in Business Banking, you'll be helping to improve the lives of our clients and the well-being of their businesses through financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients by building relationships and providing financial advice with a focus on client experience and risk management. Job Responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and retaining a portfolio of 70 - 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million, providing business deposit and cash management solutions, managing business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000, delivering an outstanding experience, using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management, conducting in-person calls, identifying potential new clients, understanding clients' financial goals, and providing leadership in risk management and regulatory compliance. Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience, general business experience, strong communication skills, risk balancing capabilities, proficiency in MS Office tools. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience, and a strong current business network.
