The Overnight Assistant Manager position supports the Store Manager by managing store operations per company guidelines and leading associates to provide friendly service and drive profitable sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales profitability through budget management and sales forecasting.
- Create operational plans and manage merchandise presentation and store standards.
- Execute asset protection, safety controls, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Serve customers by resolving feedback and promoting positive shopping experiences.
- Participate in community events and support company sustainability efforts.
- Lead and develop associates through meetings, recognition, and training.
- Provide performance feedback and manage relationships with district functions.
- Handle merchandise controls including cash handling up to $250,000 per day.
