About the role
As aCase Manager – Housing Pathways Program (Courts), this is your opportunity to supportcourt‑referredparticipants to address the issues contributing to their risk of homelessness. You will play a vital role in reducing ongoing homelessness andre‑offendingby providing targeted,trauma‑informedsupport aligned with the National Homelessness Stream Model of Care.
Reporting to theTeam Leader, Housing Pathways Program (Courts) – Program One & Innovation, this is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted for 12 months, based on site in Coburg North, VIC.
Conditions
Compensation isin accordance withtheSCHADS Award – Level 5.
