Job Summary:
The Category SiteMerchantowns the strategy and execution ofcategory‑levelsite experiences across Advance Auto Parts’ ecommerce platforms,translating category strategy intohigh‑performingdigital storefronts that drive discovery, engagement, and conversion.
Partnering closely with Category Management, SEO, Content, Catalog, andcross‑functionalecommerce teams, theCategory Site Merchantis responsible for building and maintaining category landing pages, featured modules, guides, andcross‑sellpaths that are accurate, optimized, and continuously improved based on customer behavior and performance insights.

Location & Work Availability:
This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Qualifications:
Certifications, Experience, and Education:
Experience:
–7+years of experience in site merchandising, digital category management, or ecommerce
– Demonstrated success improving category journeys, CTR, and conversion
– Working knowledge of taxonomy, attributes, and CMS publishing workflows
– Experience managing complex or configurable catalogs preferred
– Proficiency using testing, experimentation, or personalization tools a plus
– Experience working withthird‑partyecommerce CMS or digital experience platforms a plus
Education:
Bachelor’s degreerequired; related fields preferred
