Raymond James Stadium

The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. The Role:

As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in the coordination and execution of all catering operations at Raymond James Stadium. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will oversee catering attendants, runners, bartenders and servers and ensure all events and private functions are delivered with the highest level of service, efficiency, and professionalism. You'll be expected to work closely with other supervisors and management to ensure the success of each event. You'll lead by example while maintaining Legends standards of excellence, safety, and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day catering operations for assigned events and locations.
• Directly oversee and support Catering Attendants, Runners, Servers and Bartenders during event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, ensuring all catering functions are executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate food and beverage delivery schedules on event day with kitchen and event staff.
• Ensure all food safety and alcohol service guidelines are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
• Track inventory and coordinate with the Catering Manager for supply needs.
• Uphold Legends grooming, service, and hospitality standards at all times.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients during events.
• Train new catering team members.
• Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and timekeeping when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of supervisory or team lead experience in catering, events, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Must be team-oriented and lead by example.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown.
• Food Safety Certification and Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, plus major stadium events.
