Description:
Our facility ministers exclusively to the elderly through a coordinated care model providing preventive, primary, acute, and long-term care services to help older individuals live as independently as possible within their community.
What you will do:
- Provide personal care assistance including toileting, showers, eating, and grooming to maintain participant independence.
- Assist in physical activity, exercise, and walking.
- Provide behavioral supervision and support such as reality orientation, nursing and medication reminders, diet restrictions, and emotional reassurance.
- Support general activities including conversing, recreation, meal/snack serving, and housekeeping.
What you will need:
- Active certified nurse assistant license in the state where PACE Organization is located.
- Minimum one year experience with frail or elderly population (preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
- Superior communication skills and customer focus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic email/calendar systems.
- Ability to engage in frequent physical activity and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Position may require 10% local travel and use of personal vehicle.
Position is full time with rotating day shifts and includes a $2500 sign-on bonus with 1st day benefits.
