Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position is a full-time role based primarily at LIFE St Mary facility in Feasterville-Trevose, PA, with occasional home care duties. Shift hours include 7 AM to 3:30 PM and 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM with rotating weekend coverage. The facility focuses on elder care using a coordinated care model to help older individuals live as independently as possible within their community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance helping participants with activities of daily living such as toileting, showers, grooming and eating
- Assist with physical activities and exercises
- Provide behavioral supervision and emotional support
- Support general activities including recreation, meals and housekeeping
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification in the state where PACE Organization operates
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred with elderly or frail populations
- Valid driver’s license, occasional local travel required (up to 10%)
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic email and calendar tools
- Physical ability for frequent kneeling, lifting (minimum 20 pounds), walking and bending
Additional incentives include a $2,500 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment paid in three installments and 1st day benefits coverage.
