Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT

• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery goals

• Assist residents with daily living skills and functional activities

• Document therapy services and maintain compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassion for working with seniors and post-acute patients

• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)
