Channel Sales Partner Acquisition & Management Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Partner Acquisition & Management Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing strategic channel sales partners to drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure mutual success through effective relationship management, partner enablement, and go-to-market strategies. You will play a critical role in building a robust partner network and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
This position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in channel sales, business development, and partner relationship management. The successful candidate will be skilled at building relationships, negotiating deals, and guiding partners to achieve shared business objectives.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partnersDevelop and implement channel partner strategies, programs, and incentives to drive revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to create partner enablement materials, training, and joint marketing initiativesMonitor partner performance, analyze sales data, and report on partner KPIs to ensure success against established targetsNegotiate partnership agreements and terms that deliver mutual value and successContinuously assess market trends and partner needs to refine the channel sales strategy and identify new opportunitiesServe as a thought leader on best practices for channel sales management and partner acquisitionBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business developmentProven track record in recruiting, enabling, and managing channel sales partners to meet and exceed revenue targetsStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to develop and execute channel partner programs and incentivesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insightsExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience managing Channel Sales Partners (営業代理店)Strategy or business consulting backgroundEstablished network of potential channel sales partnersDemonstrated success in scaling channel programs across multiple regions or marketsUnderstanding of go-to-market strategies and partner marketing programsAbility to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectivesPrevious experience in a leadership role managing a team of partner managers or business development professionalsUber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
