As a Check Testing Support Associate within the Global Corporate Banking team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships helping internal partners navigate the check testing process. You will work closely with internal partners to review check images, evaluate testing results, translate results into user-friendly and plain-language guidance, meet with internal partners and clients upon request, enhance processes, and contribute to the team's mission of operational excellence.
