The Chef DePartieis responsible forsupervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guestorders,ensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinaryconsistently andensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
What you will do
Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis,Trainees.
Carry out andensuretheset-upofthersectionunderthe supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
Manage production andproductstorage.
Place merchandiseordersaccordingtoactivitylevels.

What we are looking for
Previoussimilar working experience.
You mustpossessthe legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

One meal per shift at our Employees’ Cafeteria
As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)

The room provided is either shared or single (for executive and night positions). For those wishing to find their own accommodation, a monthly housing allowance will be provided.
