Responsibilities

• Design and roll out productivity improvement frameworks, tools, and contests.
• Partner with sales leaders to embed productivity mindset and discipline into field execution.
• Oversee initiatives to improve early-month activation, case size, case rate, and persistency.
• Establish CSU structure, define mandate, and allocate resources.
• Lead CSU managers in delivering targeted support for recruitment, activation, and retention.
• Monitor CSU performance via dashboards and KPIs.
• Develop governance model to ensure quality and compliance of productivity initiatives.
• Set up key risk indicators (KRIs) to detect potential productivity and retention issues early.
• Leverage analytics to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Training, Recruitment, and Finance to align productivity programs.
• Communicate progress and impact to senior leadership.
• Build best practice sharing across channels and regions.
