Address complaints promptly, make recommendations for resolution, and suggest preventive measures. Collaborate closely with management to foster a harmonious work environment. Require 2-4 years of experience in life administration, customer service, or policy servicing. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written. University graduate preferred, or matriculated with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Good attitude and ability to work under pressure.
