What You'll Be Doing

The Capital Markets arm of CIBC provides integrated capital markets products, investment banking advisory services, corporate lending, and top-ranked research to corporate, government, institutional and retail clients around the world. Our goal is to be the leading Capital Markets franchise in Canada and the lead relationship bank for key clients globally. CIBC Capital Markets consists of three lines of business; Global Markets, Global Investment Banking and Corporate Banking.

How You’ll Succeed

• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Ability to create and interpret financial models, forecasts, and valuation techniques.

• Quantitative Skills: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and making target="_blank">California residents — your privacy rights regarding your actual or prospective employment

  At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $115,000 - $400,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.   Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
