Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

Partner with Industry Executives to identify and drive adoption of new product opportunities, supporting strategic client growth.
Develop and execute growth strategies to deepen relationships with a key, large-scale client, delivering on revenue and expansion goals.
Lead and manage high-impact client initiatives, leveraging strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Negotiate and close complex, multi-million dollar, long-term agreements with senior stakeholders.
Demonstrate exceptional executive communication skills, a business-oriented mindset (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience), and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

10+ years of experience in direct sales and/or partnerships within banking or fintech, with a proven ability to engage across all levels of the buying organization.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers, navigating complex stakeholder environments with credibility and influence.

Pay Scale Information:
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
