Job Description
This role is individually accountable for delivering face-to-face customer service at branch level, handling walk-in clients, claims, inquiries, and escalations, while supporting branch administration and overall customer experience initiatives.·Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional, accurate, and timely service.
·Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in line with service standards.
·Support claims intake, documentation, and follow-up at branch level.
·Educate customers on products, services, and procedures.
·Ensure compliance with all operational, regulatory, and service guidelines.
·Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
·Contribute to customer experience initiatives and service improvement projects.
·Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
·Uphold brand image and service excellence standards at the branch.
