About the role:
The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring every Gartner client receives value exceeding their investment. Associates understand client business priorities, breakdown challenges, and identify effective support methods. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, proving Gartner services, and stimulating engagement of products used by large client teams.
What you will do:
- Build and manage relationships with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals, ensuring successful utilization of Gartner subscriptions for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Introduce Gartner services to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
- Facilitate client calls to understand priorities and recommend actions driving high value and ROI on Gartner membership.
- Collaborate internally to overcome obstacles and maximize Gartner's value to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client book of business assessing performance and engagement metrics.
What you will need:
- 2+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Proven success driven by passion for client delight.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
