Team Overview
The Client Value Executive (CVE) serves as the operational leader for strategic financial services accounts, driving operating rigor, cross-functional coordination, and strong day-to-day client health. They establish and run a disciplined operating model—spanning reporting, billing, risk management, and execution cadence—to improve predictability, transparency, and performance. The CVE also leads escalations, maintains executive-ready communication, and partners with stakeholders to protect, optimize, and grow account value. This role will report directly to the Sales Director. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
