About the role:
As a member of our Collection Team, you will collaborate with ourFrenchspeakingstakeholdersinLuxemburg and Belgiumto build strongbusiness relationships with customers, resolve overdue bills, and collect payments. As the first point of contact for our Partners, you will uphold excellent customer service standards while staying well-organized and efficient.In this role, you will also have a chance to develop your credit skills.
Note:Thispositionrequires working until 5:00 PMevery dayto ensure smooth customer service for our clients.
Whatyou'lldo:
Perform collection process for assigned entity:contact customersregardingoverdue accounts anddeterminereasons for non-payments
Deliverhigh levelof customer service
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts
Participatein resolution of unclear payments
Evaluatecustomer account and payment history
Elaboratethereports (periodical and upon request)
Prepareand updateprocess maps and desktop procedures
Take actions to encouragetimelydebt payments
Process payments&refundsand resolve billing&customer credit issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
FluentFrenchand English-required
Solidexperience in OTC Collectionsarea
Confident user ofSAPin the Collectionsfield
Excellentanalytical skills and attention to detail
Greatcommunicationskills& telephone manner
Customer-focusedand a realteam player
Efficient at working inafast-paced environmentwithgreat time-management skills
