Develop and executetargeted go-to-market strategiesfor public sector prospects,leveraginginsights, data, and relationships to open new doors and expand our market footprint.
Establish andmaintainC-level and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning the organization as a trusted advisor and driving engagement across multiple decision-makers and influencers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solution consulting, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions and ensure seamless handoff fromnew logo acquisition to client success.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in health and public sector markets to shape proactive outreach strategies and position our offerings competitively.
Consistentlyachieve and exceednew business sales quotasand other key performance metrics, whilemaintainingaccurateforecasts and pipeline management.
Whatyou will bring:
8+ years of progressive experience inB2B sales or business development, ideally withinemployeror health-related industries
Provenhunter mindsetwith a strong record of achieving or surpassing new logo sales targets in complex, consultative environments
Exceptionalprospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Deep understanding ofemployer procurementprocesses, budget cycles, and regulatory environments
Ability to communicate value throughinsight-driven storytellingand align solutions to client priorities and measurable outcomes
Strong business acumen with experience managing forecasts, pipeline development, and deal structures
Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies
Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

Compensation
The salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific requirements of the role. For base-salary + commission sales roles, the range represents On-Target Earnings.
