Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
As The Commercial Excellence Manager, you will be focused on enhancing sales force effectiveness, advancing data analytics and business intelligence capabilities, and driving commercial execution within the Türkiye affiliate. This position works closely with local leadership to improve productivity, profitability, and overall performance by implementing best-in-class commercial excellence practices.
What You’ll Do
Business Intelligence Leadership
- Own and lead end-to-end business intelligence processes across the commercial organization
- Design and implement data models, analytics frameworks, and reporting standards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple data sources and systems
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making
- Generate actionable insights by analyzing sales performance, market dynamics, and field execution
Sales Force Excellence Management
- Lead and oversee all Sales Force Excellence processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Lead go-to-market process, sales force design, territory alignment, segmentation & targeting projects
- Manage target setting, incentive schemes, and performance tracking frameworks
- Define and monitor KPIs for sales performance, field activities, and omni-channel engagement
- Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and effectiveness models
Data Management & Governance
- Establish best practices for data management, validation, and integrity
- Lead initiatives to enhance data architecture and reporting automation
