What you'll do:
1. Commercial Marketing & Business Support
• Support commercial marketing activities for new business areas (e.g., JP BD, 3P products)
• Develop and maintain sales tools, solution materials, and product positioning
• Work closely with Sales, FAE, and customers to understand requirements and support solution development
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies in current quoting, sales support, and coordination processes
• Simplify workflows and reduce repeated manual communication
• Apply 80/20 principles to prioritize high-impact improvements
3. Digital & Data Initiatives
• Support data preparation and integration for DPQ dashboard (e.g., Power BI)
• Work with Sales Ops, Finance, and IT to improve data consistency across SAP / CRM / Excel
• Initiate small but impactful digital improvements (e.g., data structuring, reporting, workflow standardization)
4. Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between Sales, Commercial Marketing, Finance, and IT
• Coordinate across regions (China, Taiwan, Japan, etc.) with different market needs and business practices
• Support alignment on pricing logic, solution approach, and process standardization
