The Community Manager role within the Community and Business Development organization will report to the Divisional Community & Business Development Manager and focus on growing business opportunities within underserved communities, creating financial health roadmaps, and engaging the community through outreach, events, and relationship-building.

Collect and report event survey results for improvement.
Partner with branch teams and global philanthropy for collaborative events.
Support employee development and inclusion initiatives.
