Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking an enthusiastic Concierge Intern to join the Team, starting from September 2026 for six months. The Concierge Intern supports the team inanticipatingand fulfilling a diverse range of guest requests. In collaboration with our Concierge team, this role is committed to elevating the guest experience, ensuring each stay is both seamless and memorable.
What you will do
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Assistcustomers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
Responds to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymannermaking recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
Promptly inform the Management team in case of guests’ complaints.
Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming inan accurateandtimelymanner.
Be knowledgeableregardingactivities available in the city, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions.
Learn how toutilizea variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and toassureproper billing.
Answer internal and external calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Switchboard Operator.
Assistwithother Front Office taskswhen needed.
