This Utrecht-based role is for a strong MSc graduate who wants to work on projects related to the energy and climate transition for mostly public clients.
We are looking for candidates who
Have a strong affinity with energy and sustainability topics, emphasizing areas such as policies, decarbonization of industry and transport, new energy solutions and land-use related topics.
Bring skills and interests that complement Guidehouse’s broad strengths, for example related to agentic AI, data automation or across sector collaboration.
Demonstrate a consulting mindset: Commercially oriented, agile, and able to understand sector dynamics.
Possess strong soft skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Are proactive, independent, and passionate about consulting.
