The Consultant – S2C role focuses on designing and executing SAP S/4 HANA solutions for Service to Customer (S2C) processes, specifically Inhouse Repair and Return Management, enhancing customer service delivery across global projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design functional and technical SAP S/4HANA solutions for service management, integrating with systems such as CRM.
- Develop design specifications for S2C processes including Inhouse Repair and Advanced Return Management.
- Coordinate global development efforts and ensure alignment with transformation strategies.
- Provide expert SAP guidance and champion process standardization across service operations.
- Ensure compliance with architecture principles and manage approval processes for configuration and specification documents.
- Oversee testing, bug fixing, and support cutover, migration, and hypercare phases post-go live.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Relevant engineering or Business Administration with IT degree with 5+ years IT experience.
- 2+ years as solution consultant/architect in SAP Service to Customer transformations.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformations and expertise in S2C processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA service management and integrations with third-party systems like Salesforce.
- Relevant SAP certifications, strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Advanced Return Management.
