Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting support to resolve business and technical problems in Asset Performance and Master Data Management in process industries, focusing on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Mining sectors.
- Consult on reliability methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Asset Health Management, and Asset Strategy.
- Functional consulting support on Asset Master Data for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems like SAP PM.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably from top institutions), ideally Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Preferred certifications: CMRP and CRL (not mandatory).
- 3-5 years minimum leadership experience; consulting experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in Asset Data Management including asset identification, criticality definition, and hierarchy development. Strong knowledge in bill of materials, critical spare parts identification, MRO management, and stock level definition.
- Practical experience with failure mitigation analysis like RCA and strategy creation based on results.
- Practical experience developing RCM and FMEA, maintenance strategies for different asset classes, planning and scheduling, and turnaround management.
- Experience with EAM tools such as IBM Maximo and/or SAP PM; familiarity with predictive analytics tools and APM platforms is a plus.
- Experience in corrosion management and risk-based inspection standards (API, ASTM) is an added advantage.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView is beneficial.
- Mandatory experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with VB Scripts and Macros preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Lean Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong English communication and text interpretation skills; ability to understand construction, GA, P&IDs, and inspection plans.
