Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting support to resolve business and technical problems in Asset Performance and Master Data Management, focused on process industries, mainly Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Mining sectors.
- Consult on industry reliability methodologies including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Asset Health Management, and Asset Strategy.
- Offer functional consulting support on Asset Master Data for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems such as SAP PM.
- Have a collaborative and team-oriented approach with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written communication.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Engineering (preferably from top-tier institutions), ideally Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Certifications like CMRP and CRL preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a leadership role; consulting experience is an advantage.
- Experience in Asset Data Management including asset identification, criticality definition, and asset hierarchy development.
- Strong knowledge in bill of materials, critical spare parts identification, MRO management, and stock level definition.
- Practical experience in failure mitigation analysis, using RCA methodology and developing result-based strategies.
- Experience developing RCM and FMEA, creating maintenance strategies for various asset classes, planning, programming, and Turnaround management.
- Experience with EAM tools such as IBM Maximo and/or SAP PM valued; knowledge of predictive analytics tools and APM platforms is a plus.
- Experience in corrosion management and inspections based on API, ASTM standards and risk-based approaches considered an advantage.
- Competency in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView is a plus.
- Mandatory experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; VB Scripts and Macros are preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM or Lean Maintenance experience valued.
- Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
- Capability to develop methodologies providing functional expertise after analyzing specific client issues.
- Fluent communication and interpretation of English texts is mandatory.
- Ability to understand construction drawings, GA, P&IDs, and inspection drawings.
