Location: Warsaw, Poland
Hiring Manager: Christina Gkousgkouni
About the job
This is more than a content role — it is a strategically critical opportunity to shape the next evolution of Sanofi's commercial model for rare diseases across Central and South Europe.
As Content Lead xRare CSE MCO, you will serve as the orchestrator of content strategy across the entire rare franchise portfolio — the bridge between global and local content creation as well as local market execution. You will ensure that each country receives the right content, through the right channels, at the right time, tailored to their unique product portfolio and market priorities. Every piece of content you orchestrate helps healthcare professionals better understand and treat rare diseases, directly contributing to improved outcomes for patients and families.
This role calls for a strategic, digitally-savvy, and collaborative leader who thrives in complexity, manages competing priorities across diverse markets, and drives innovation without losing sight of what matters most. If you are ready to influence without authority, build frameworks from the ground up, and lead transformation at scale — this is your moment.
