Your background
Degree inMechanical,IndustrialEngineeringand/or related field
+5years of experience in a similar position
Certification in Lean Six SigmaGreenorBlackBelt (preferable)
Proventrack recordof leading successful Continuous Improvement/ Lean Six Sigma projects
Digitaltoolsknowledge;such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Visual Basic for Applications etc.
Strong influencing skills within and outside the organization
Expertisein managing and driving change within an organization
Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and effectively withproficiencyin English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
