As a Conversational AI and Agentic AI - Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative user interaction solutions within our Advisory practice. You will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the creation of cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance user experiences and meet client needs. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven products that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage client accounts, confirming successful project execution and delivery. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your ability to embrace technology and innovation will be key in delivering exceptional client service and maintaining our firm's quality standards.

Leading the development and implementation of AI-powered contact center solutions to enhance customer interactionsManaging and guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of user interaction engineering projectsUtilizing AngularJS frameworks to create dynamic and responsive user interfacesConducting usability testing and user research to inform design decisions and improve user experienceCollaborating with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specificationsDeveloping and customizing product designs to meet specific client needs and industry standardsApplying human-centered design principles to validate accessibility and usability across digital platformsAnalyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in AI and user interaction technologiesCoaching and mentoring junior staff to foster professional growth and enhance team performanceBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service and supportWhat You Must Have

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
