Your Role:
As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor, managing commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product to facilitate business growth while mitigating legal risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation & Management & Commercial Operations
Pre-Contract & Bid Management
Compliance:Support the companys compliance obligations by monitoring changes in laws and regulations and advise internal stakeholders on necessary operational adjustments.
Strategic Advisory:Be the in territory - first line of legal support for AP&J, by providing practical, risk-weighted legal advice to functional departments including Sales, Marketing, Channel, Technical Support, Engineering and Product Development.
Entity Management & Co-Sec:Support the management of corporate compliance and board secretarial duties for AP&J entities to ensure they meet all regulatory and governance requirements.
